We endeavour to give you the best possible service at this practice but there may be occasions when you wish to express dissatisfaction.
If you have any suggestions on how we can better our service to you, please let us know. Your comments will be taken into account when we review our procedures allowing you to have a say in the running of the practice. If you are pleased about the service you’ve received, we would like to hear about it.
There is a practice complaints procedure to deal with more serious concerns. We hope you will use it to give us the opportunity to look into, and if necessary correct, any problems that may have arisen or mistakes that may have been made.
